When Nicholas came to, he was standing in a large room surrounded by elderly people. He looked down and noticed he was wearing a pair of pajamas in a feminine style. Nicholas ambled to the door and outside the room.
"Where are you going, Lillian?' a woman in nurses' scrubs asked him.
Nicholas didn't know what to say, so instead he bolted for the door.
He heard the nurse call out as he got to the door. he tried to open it, but it was locked. When a couple of orderlies tried to restrain him, he lashed out. That was when he was injected with a sedative. He fell asleep quickly.
By the time his medication was lowered to a reasonable level; a level where he could concentrate sufficiently, he had been in the adult care facility for over three months.
Between the medication and the therapy, he had been convinced her name is Lillian Freidman, she is 82 years old and has a variety of age-related mental and physical ailments.
